DEFORD unveils their new generation 48V and 72V lithium battery systems for golf carts.
DEFORD unveiled their new generation 48V (P/N: LEV48105) and 72V (P/N: LEV72015) lithium battery systems for golf carts in December 2023. It is been two years since they launched their first 48V lithium battery system for golf carts in November 2021.
“Our old 48V golf cart battery has achieved good reputation in the past two years. According to customer feedback, some vehicles have traveled more than 20,000km and their batteries still maintain 97% state of health (SOC). The high quality of our golf cart batteries proves their cost advantage over lead acid batteries. In order to provide much better customer experience, we decided to develop a new generation of golf cart lithium batteries. We updated the BMS hardware so that the battery can drive more powerful motor; we pioneered the use of Bluetooth technology to store battery historical data in our cloud computing; with our new Li+AGE Plus App and SaaS platform, we are able to achieve OTA update service for individual batteries.” explains Mr. Zhou, senior engineer of DEFORD New Power Co., Ltd.
